Once you schedule a consultation -- no matter where you live, worldwide -- you need only to initiate your consultation phone call, and then Toby will return your call immediately. This almost entirely eliminates telephone-company long-distance charges to you.

(1.) Long-distance telephone consultations (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), concerning the addiction and/or family issues, with (a.) individuals, or (b.) couples, or (c.)alcoholics who want to seriously look at getting sober -- or who are already in recovery, and want additional help.
(2.) One-day, or two-day, private, intensive sessions, with Toby in Baltimore, for individuals or couples (this can include children or other family members over the age of 21).
(3.) Exploring the possibility of, and/or setting up, an intervention to get a chemically-dependent person (or persons) to treatment.
(4.) "Expert-witness" availability -- Working with you and your attorney, in separation/divorce issues -- to help your attorney better understand the issues, so he/she can plan a more effective approach for you.
